Report on long distance activity

• You need to report to marine security offices or police offices by submitting report on long distance activity if you want to do water leisure activities more than 10-nautical miles away from the port of departure(From Chochi-Do). However, this is not necessary for the ship that reported the entrance port.
• “The ship reported the entrance port” means the ship reported according to the article 5 of the Public Order in Open Ports Act and article 13 of Ship Safety Operation Regulation.
• The person who did water leisure activity must report to the head of related administration institute such as marine security offices, police offices, or fire stations without any hesitation in case the accompanied disappears, dies or get severely injured.
• You need to report regarding accidents through phone call, fax or other appropriate methods containing following information.
  • The time and place of accident
  • The type of water leisure equipment
  • Personal information of the person in accident and the driver
  • The conditions of damage and actions
